It's hormonal imbalance due to any infection ,uterus or any ovary diseases . If hormonal cycle normal then periods will be normal. So first diagnose reasons ,for this requires blood test -cbc esr widol tsh and urine test r/m also require ultra sound. If everything is normal then start 3 cycle hormonal therapy.
