9 years ago I noticed that I have period dontal problem. I have been facing gum bleeding. But from 6 months onwards I have no issues no bleeding. I heard that mid 30's periodontal problem will automatically solved. Is it true?

Periodontal problem do not solve by itself.
However there are many reasons for the bleeding to stop.
- Proper brushing twice daily
- Use of a medicated mouthwash
-Flossing if required

There is nothing with age that it gets resolved by itself. If the bleeding has stopped that means u have resolved the issues and can now use preventive measures for maintaining oral hygiene. You need to visit a dentist every six months. Oral health is a guardian for the rest of ur body health.
It's a myth that mid 30 'S periodontal problems will be automatically solved.
It's prevention is better than cure applies here also.
Periodontal diseases can be prevented by following the precautions like.....
1.following proper brushing technique with toothpaste 2 times daily on a regular basis.
2.floss daily.
3.rinse with the lukewarm salt water after every meals .
4.eat lots of vitamin C rich fruits like aawla, Indian gooseberry, strawberry, etc. to improve immunity & health of gums & supporting structures.
