Periodic pain in upper right abdomen
Hi Since lockdown from March, I have observed that once a month I get very severe cramping pain in my upper right abdomen. The cramping may spread to belly. I got this pain one month ago, and took Bravia d. It took one hour to reduce the pain after I was able to pass gas. Then yesterday again it started in upper right abdomen. It was not as severe as one month ago. I took Bravia d and entire night I was passing gas and felt better in morning. I don't want to go to doctor as I have one year old daughter and I am on my own right now. What could be done for the pain. Note : I am generally suffering from acidity from 8 months,on and off, but do not take any regular

Hi If the symptoms are recurrent, better to atleast do ultrasound abdomen to rule out gall bladder stones. If that is also normal, may require free blog investigations and endoscopy. For symptoms, you can take nexpro Rd 40 mg once a day before food for three days as of now to resorts.
