Ur question is very vague.
Do u mean after delivery ur wife has not had bleeding for 3months??
That's normal..
If u mean to say somewhere in d past she had delivered.. And after that u both havnt used any contraception and now she's having no periods for 3mths..then u need to check for pregnancy..
