Period rltd problem
She have very weak immunity and she is weak too but during her period day she becomes even more weak so suggest me what to do with her nd what should be given to her to heal during that period of her

Keep her on liquid diet during menstruation. Use resin soup, anjeer soup ( of course home made) before meal during those days. Overall weakness can be cured by thorough examination n case taking only. So better have consultation for that.

soup method:boil resin (10-15) in 2 cup water and give tadka of cow ghee and jeera. add rock salt according to taste.
