My period date is 25th of feb 2016 i am not getting any pain but small clots of blood and bleeding spotting without any pain what that its mean.

Hi Consult gynecologist at the earliest.... Duration of passage of clots is important..... You will have to get usg abdomen and pelvis done if there is significant passage of clots.... And also get complete hemogram done......
