I having irregular periods for more than 4years and due to which my body weight is increasing, please suggest me some ways to make it regular

Hormonal imbalance can lead to irregular periods so start oral contraceptive pill like Yaz once a day at fixed time from 5th day for 21day, when you stop pds will come and for 6months it should be continued
