I am 19years old diagnosed with pcos twoyears back i am getting regular periods since twoyears after lifestyle changes but last month I missed my period this month I am having severe pain with Little period stains is this normal with pcos

Are you sexually active ? If yes ,rule out pregnancy
If no - then spotting with pain could be indication that you are about to get ur menses so pls wait for ur menses
If you do not get ur menses within a week - you can take tablets to get ur periods
