Asked for Female, 21 Years

Good day I need some advice urgently. I had protected sex with my boy friend on the 4th of last month, and approximately 6hours after I got my period which was fine because my due date was for the 4th of April. I then took a morning after pill 12 hours prior to the protected sex. I then had my period for longer than usual. However this month my period is 3 days late. Should I be worried? I also have the flu which isn't helping me feel any better. Thank you
