Period has not started

Asked for Female, 22 Years

My last month period is feb 13 for this month not started yet. We went to doctor. They advised to take USG PELVIS scan. Here is the report. Please help me to cure.

Hello.. Well dear according to the USG reports it is pcos where in number of follicles develop in the ovary but none matures to realease ovum. First thing is you need to start losing weight..Regular exercises for 30 mi in a day...You can be started on metformin as well as ocps for itm..Meet a gynecologist once...Thank you
