Hi, My period is always arrive in 28 days but from last couples of month it comes after 26 days and this month it comes after 32 days. I was thinking I am pregnant but this time my period is painful. what is the reason ? I didn't take any precautions in delay time. is this the miscarriage??

no its not. period dates can vary because of hormonal changes. if you miss your period again or if the pain still persists please visit a gynecologist and make sure your ovaries are functioning perfectly
