Hi,
I'm vaccinated on June 03,
I usually get severe period cramps that I cannot get up from my bed. It's too severe. I usually take drotin-M, sometimes when it's too worse I take diclofenac injection.
This time I'm expecting my periods by 05th or 06th June. I'm so tensed about the pain and this time I have to be traveling as my mother in law is tested covid positive and she needs my help.
Kindly help me to get rid of this pain/cramps. Any suggestion is welcomed.
Thanks,
Ananda Sravya

You can take meftal spas when your periods come.. there is no prevention for pms...just treatment. Until and unless there is some other cause for such severe pms.. for which you need to get investigated.
