Severe period cramps
I am 34 years old.i am suffering from pcos.i am on medication like mychiro and metital 500.my periods are regular but I feel severe pain during my period. I couldn't even wake up from bed for two days .I get vomiting tendency. Even after taking painkillers i don't get relief.i got my ultrasound done but I have no endometriosis. I wanted to know what is the reason of my severe pain

You need to do a complete hormonal work up including FSH, LH, TESTOSTERONE levels at the second day of cycle. Do a thyroid profile and fasting sugar also. Will see Whether your pcos is controlled yet
