Please visit a general physician as soon as possible to rule out the chest pain and then we can check with your periodontitis. Periodontitis will not cause chest pain unless you have pacemaker in your heart. Please visit general physician and then us.

Periodontitis can have effect on heart disease which is already established. Like if you have any surgery done in heart, or if you have heart disease from childhood.
So better visit a general physician for chest pain issue
Periodontitis also needs to be treated at the earliest..
