I'm a PhD student. I feel I'm not enough productive and commited to my work. I procrastinate many times and end up with late night deadlines. I gets districted all the time and negative thoughts keep coming. I'm not able to mangae my time properly and days are going fast without any fruitful result. This makes me more and more guilty. I want to improve my work life balance and become more happy.
