I have done the PENILE DOPPLER and MRi for Pennile and the reports are : Pennile Doppler :1.Anteior third of the penis shows septal tuniaca albugenia defect with right and left corpora cavernosa hematoma MRI: Anteior third of the penis shows septal tunica albugenia tear & adjacent right and left corpora cavernosa hematoma Plz explain the situation

Do you have history of trauma / injury to penis..there is leaking of blood into the subcutaneous plane causing gross deformity and bruising.
