Asked for Male, 21 Years

My penis vein is not looking good. I don't know whether it is a lump or swelling and it is not clearly visible. It also feels tight and hard whereas other veins are completely normal. Only a very small part of my vien is hard. I can feel that lump very easily when I put my finger gently on it. only that vien is looking different I don't know what exactly is it is but I am afraid of it.
