Penis & Testis size

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I do have a erect penis girth 3.9 inch and length 4.6inch is not normal and my testis also vey small those like 20x18 & 16x14 , my FSH , LH testosterone level are normal. Im worried but my penis & testis size is these are small or ok im about getting married next month. Please advise to increase testis size n penis size
