Penis skin flaking
My penis has patches of dry skin on certain areas and has been like this for about 3 months now. It first started with one small area of dry,black skin then it escalated to other areas. It also became red and sore at a certain point which was when i applied clomaderm plus body lotion(intended for very dry skin). The redness subsided and so did the dryness but now it spread to my upper back and there is still a small area on my penis which still gets dry throughout the day. Help please.

Its really difficult to treat without looking at pictures so can you please send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Please send the pictures for the cream or lotion you have applied.
