My penis forehead skin has become very tight and turned red at the tip of the penis forehead. After sexual intercourse my penis skin is tearing and causing pain. Underneath my penis forehead skin white lumpy substance is being formed. I also feel thirsty all the time and having uncontrollable urge to pee. After searching in the internet I came to know this condition is called balanitis.
Please advise...
