Sir mere penis ke top ke base pe white Dane hai and itching bhi hoti hai and also changing in top colour of penis plz suggest me sir what is this ??

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, white and  red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
