Penis has been loose, what should I do and how i control masturbatoion problem and i am not control on masturbations can u help me... Plz give me a advice...

Penis is not even getting hard...but still doing masturbation. I don't know why and what masturbation you are doing with loose penis. Once with determination you stop masturbation...then penis erections also improve.
