He dear don't worry. There are many medicine but you should take same medicine 45days,continue =Tablet - Vigomax Fort, Tablet Habbe Nishath, Tablet Mantharas all tablet twice a day with milk after brick fast and dinner. Do proper yoga exercises daily and take care.
