Penis problem
I am 15 almost 16 years old and my penis has not grew at all I’m barely an inch on soft and I’m 4 inches on hard is there any pills or anything I can do to make it larger

Your penis is normal. Flaccid size size doesn't matter. Your penis size doesn't increase after puberty. Moreover you have a four inch penis which is normal.
