Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Anything related to skin needs to be seen and examined for peoper diagnosis and treatment.
It would have been great if you had attached a picture of the lesion.
You can apply a flucos powder as my colleague already pointed out it could be a fungal issue.
Kindly consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.

Hello....... I can understand your problem... itching is mainly present in fungal infection of genitals.. Swelling could be due to trauma or vigorous sexual intercourse... Local examination is required for diagnosis... Consult nearby venerologist for examination.......
