My penis is swelling
Sir/ma'am i was wearing wet underwear for few days due to being in continous contact with water i was having rashes on my anus and the side areas i applied oil on it and the front portion of my anus started swelling and it is swelling continously it is not paining and not itching. i am applying framycetin skin cream but i have not got any relief what should i do
