Penis is going like bend as curve whenever be strong,and also semen is vomiting like very little,pain is come on upper position of curve.before marriage I faced foungous infection on penis skin.plz suggest me

Hi it can be age related as hormone production decrease with age...or due to hypogonadism of other causes...consult urologist they will do preliminary examination and certain lab tests and do the needful
