Penis pain before bed

Asked for Female, 35 Years

My 3.75 year old boy passes frequent urine (30 mins once) in the evening hours after 6 pm since 2 days and claims pain n penis.. says it goes bigger and crushes his genital area. Seems he feel like passing urine... and pass few drops before bed. May i know is it a matter of concern?
