Penis jerks/spasm?
So while sitting or doing normal activities, I am feeling a twitchy or spasm kind of thing in my penis, not painful at all. Its like its pulsating suddenly, every few minutes.
Few weeks back while peeing in the morning I had pain till the base of the penis, also once i had pain in the right bone in the base of the penis.
Is this some infection? Or some tight muscles causing this? Also i have stomach gurgling since few days and had diarrhoea yesterday.
I am in the Uk and sadly they haven't registered me with the NHS yet, so hard to get appointment.
I have cefodem xp and rifagut 400 with me.
Please help me. Thanks
