Penis is swelled and itch
Hi from last 1 week my penis is swelled and at the start of the area itching is coming.
I am not able to pull back my foreskin also.
Note - I got married on 3rd so I had a week intercourse with my wife and after tht week I found some red spot on my penis whn I pulled my foreskin back thn for 5 days I didn't had any intercourse or etc with her but from last 5 days I am able to do the intercourse but my foreskin is swelled and not coming back if I penetrate too.
And itching is coming.
Please help me in it .... it have disturbed my professional and personal life too.

Hello....... This could be contact dermatitis or fungal infection, or truama due to forceful intercourse... Sometimes when your partner has vaginal candidiasis, allergy and inflammation occur after penile exposure to the candida lesions during sexual intercourse.... Consult general surgeon in nearest hospital...
