Penis head size
If I pull back my penisforeskin my penis head is swollen ,no readiness and no itchiness
Its look like full swollen.
After pressing the penis head the head skin become wrinkled and rough and dry as if aged..

When glans is pressed then due to squeezing the spongy tissue inside drains out blood and so skin seems wrinkled and this is normal for everybody.

If foreskin is tight, the glans (head) penis pops out like a swollen ball while retrieving skin.
It's common. Your explanation of skin changes not understood.
Report to a sexologist for examination.
