Penis has swollen but no pain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Yesterday I've got a cyst yesterday above my right thigh and just below the abdomen. Today I could see my penis has swollen on right side but there is no pain and I could see another cyst just above my penis and it's paining if I touch. There is no wounds or injuries on my body and I didn't go to gym too. What is the reason for this? Do I need to be afraid of this? Will it cause any sexual problem?
