Penis has become too reddish
Hi.. from past 2 days my penis has become too reddish and I feel severe pain near the joining skin(frenulum)(but not on the frenulum. It's around the frenulum) when it tries to get erected. And sometimes I feel itchiness too. Please help me out regarding my issue.
