I have been getting these hard stones like pimples on penis glans skin only for last 18 months. There is no pain( not even when i touch it) and itching any time. These hard pimples come and they burst and leave deep scar on penis glans. I have never been in any kind of sexual activity with anyone all my life. I have been to many doctors and none have been able to tell what it is. They tested me for STD and all test came negative. They say if it is not hurting then leave it as it is. But these hard pimples are still coming and causing penis glans scarring. I am attaching photos of it as well.

Hi it appears to be bacterial infection ... Try a course of antibiotics under guidance of good Urologist or dermatologist also swab of the discharge might detect the culprit bacteria ..
