  4. Penis get bruises. Advice any treatment!

Penis get bruises
I get bruises on my penis frequently after having intercourse and itches after urination inspite of cleaning regulary.I use betnovate gm but no relief.I am diabetic type 2 and take kombeglyze 1000mg and is in control. Please advice any treatment
