Penis foreskin retracted
My penis foreskin has been retracted and its not coming back to normal state although my penis is not erected. Ive done some research and have a doubt that it might be paraphimosis. But i dont have any swoller area or pain during urination. Only my sensitive skin give me little pain in my boxers. Is there any medications i can do from home please suggest.

Dont leave the skin in that position. You should bring it back to its original position as it may become like tight ring and can obstruct venous flow causing abnormal swelling of glans penis, if penis gets erected by sexual excitement. Apply soap water or some natural lubricants like coconut oil on penis and try to bring back the skin, failing wich you go to sexologist who would help you to do so.
