Dr. My penis foreskin will when I pull towards neck.. after glans it stays at neck but it pains me when errected.. I heard foreskin should be free enough to go beyond neck.. so whats my problem with it.. and what's the solution for it.. I am unmarried...

Tight foreskin can be loosened by lubricant gels and exercising for skin stretching. If it remains tight despite above, you may need CIRCUMCISION surgery. you need genital exam-- report.
