Penis foreskin injury and doesnt retract
My penis foreskin doesn't retract back since couple of years, I had a minor injury on the foreskin tissue attached to the glan and foreskin. Since that time my penis foreskin developed a ring on the edge and doesn't retract back. It just goes have 15-20 %, not even go half way through the glan.
Please suggest what to do..
Is it a case of phimosis? Would the surgery be of help and does it pain during and after the surgery?

It is post injury phimosis and need circumcision, consult a surgeon for this
