Penis forehead skin cracks
I had a sex with a women approximately one month back from last two three days im seeing cracks on my penis forehead skin ...after searching in Google I got to know that it's a male yeast infection I guess (not sure)

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
