Penis forehead is not hard while erectio
When penis is erected my forehead of it feels like sponge...if i press that..its not strong..what can i fo for that? Im scared...and while having sex my penis is becoming small in few sec (if i give any gap like talking or doing something) so fast its becoming small so its difficult to make it harder again...it is damaging my sex life alot...before it wont be like this suddenly im facing this issue....please give me a solution to sort it out..!

It's normal. This soft distal part of penis is known as glans. It would not become hard during Erection. U looses Erection during sex, due to diversion. Keep on trying, situation gradually improve.
