Penis filth
At morning, I get filth in penis head corner region. I try to rub and clean it. Then it again get worse. How to get rid of it?

Hello, wash is in running water.... It could be the semen deposition inside the prepause .... Retract the foreskin and wash it in running water ,filth usually washes out during bathing only ,don't worry much about all those , its not a major medical problem........................
