Hello there.
The main question here is are you sexually active or have you been active?
And have you had this problem while sexually indulging with someone?
Most of the times it's not a problem of its once or twice.
Indulge in foreplay a lot and while in intercourse practice start and stop method that is stop while you feel once you are about to ejaculate and pause for a few seconds and then start again.
