Penis erection during sex
When I am in a position to perform sex with my partner, initially my penis remains hard. As soon I enter it into her vagina, I find that it is hard for my penis to penetrate in her vagina. Also my upper cover over my penis feels a pains while I insert it.

Hi it can be due to right foreskin, u need to perform small routine to losses ur for skin. Meet sexologist to know that.

Man getting full hardness of Penis in foreplay but looses it while entering female vagina may be due to Performance Anxiety (Psychological cause) which needs to be addressed too.
As advised by other experts, if you have very tight foreskin which can not be bettered by skin stretching exercises, you may need to undergo CIRCUMCISION.
