Penile Fungal Infection
Pls advise whom to consult - Urologist or dermatologist ? I have infection under the foreskin and the top of penis. Have been taking treatment from dermatologist for last 2 months. It has improved but not going away and rather increased again. Pls advise

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
