Pemphigus Vulgaris
My mother in law has been detected with Pemphigus Vulgaris, as it requires corticosteroids for treatment I wanted to consult another doctor. My Mother in law is presently a Perkinsons Plus patient, she has Cortico basal disorder, she can't speak or move at all. What will be the effect of steroids on her?

If pemphigus is severe then corticosteroids will be required because in pemphigus skin peels off on its own. You can consult your physician as well and start her on treatment.
