Pelvic pain in pregnancy
I am 29 week pregnant and have pelvic pain. Too much difficulty to change side while sleeping. Is there any exercise or medicine should I take?

It's mostly due to stretching pain from the growing uterus and the baby. You can take normal paracetamol tablet if it's uncomfortable. Continue with calcium iron supplements and drink plenty of fluids and juices
