Hi there...I can understand your concern. Is there any redness or visual disturbance associated with it? Watering if the eyes could be due to many reasons like conjunctivitis due to allergic or bacterial or viral causes, refractory errors. She will need detailed opthalmic examination. So kindly consult an ophthalmologist for further evaluation.
