Is it ok if i dont go for surgery for PPP and only want to cure it with medications?
Please suggest.
As i dont wanna operate nd go with the medicinal way to treat PPP.

Its not a serious issue, it is very much common. Medicines are not going to help you. Its a gland, its not going to cause a problem to you in long run. If you have to go for treatment best is surgical.
