Pea sized red lump inside eyelid
I've had this pea sized lump inside my lower right eyelid that's red for over a month and a half, i've done research online and i came up with mainly Chalazion, i'm a 28 year old male and i'm wondering if you can tell me if there are other forms of possibilities it could be here is a picture. https://ibb.co/h3v6nv

It is probably a chalazion, which will need removal, will not resolve
on its own
