PCOS prolonged bleeding
I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome for the past few years.. it was better with allopathic medication.. i.e. DIANE 35 & METITAL 500.
Currently on Meprate tablet advised by my gynaec since this month bleeding has continued for 28 days almost... although light bleeding.. can I take Himalaya Evecare in addition to Meprate.. a colleague advised me on this saying that it helped regularise her heavy bleeding
I also suffer from Thyroid for which I have been prescribed Eltroxin 50 mcg... thyroid is under control. My weight is 85 kg.. height is 5'1"

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
I wouldn't suggest you to take anything else.
Just do as suggested by your gynaecologist.
Also, your colleage is not a doctor so i dont think you should follow anyone else's advise regarding health related concerns apart from a doctor's .
Consult your gynecologist again in person for further evaluation and management.
